Requirements of Labor Inspectories for the Year 2013

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE AUTHORIZATION TO WORK ON SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS
1. Two applications to work on Sundays and holidays, addressed to the Labor Inspectorate.
2. One copy of the Bylaws of the applying company.
3. One copy of the Labor Identification Number (NIL in Spanish).
4. Agreement signed by the workers who are going to work on Sundays and Holidays, with the following information:
a. Name, Last Name, ID Number and Job Position.
b. Additional benefits earned for this work, specifying the amount in Bolívares (Bs.).
c. The agreement must be signed by the workers.
5. One copy of the Tax Information Registry (RIF in Spanish).
6. The company must be located in the jurisdiction of the Labor Inspectorate.
THESE REQUIREMENTS MUST BE FILES IN THE ORDER ABOVE SPECIFIED IN A BROWN FOLDER.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE AUTHORIZATION TO WORK OVERTIME

1. Two applications to work overtime, addressed to the Labor Inspectorate.
2. One copy of the Bylaws of the applying company.
3. One copy of the Labor Identification Number (NIL in Spanish).
4. Agreement signed by the workers who are going to work overtime, with the following information:
a. Name, Last Name, ID Number and Job Position.
b. Additional benefits earned for this work, specifying the amount in Bolívares (Bs.).
c. The agreement must be signed by the workers.
5. One copy of the Tax Information Registry (RIF in Spanish).
6. The company must be located in the jurisdiction of the Labor Inspectorate.
THESE REQUIREMENTS MUST BE FILES IN THE ORDER ABOVE SPECIFIED IN A BROWN FOLDER.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE APPROVAL OF THE WORK SCHEDULE
1. Carta de solicitud (y copia), dirigida al Inspector del Trabajo, especificando nombre y apellido del representante legal, copia de la cédula de identidad del representante legal, NIL, RIF de la empresa y dirección exacta del centro de trabajo.
2. One copy of the Labor Identification Number (NIL in Spanish), Tax Information Registry (RIF in Spanish), last quarterly declaration and Bylaws of the company.
3. Affidavit of workers, including the Work Schedule to approve (on the same page), identifying each of them, their job position and signature (in blue ink), in acquiescence with the proposed Work Schedule.
4. Two drafts of the proposed Work Schedule for review.
5. One copy of the last payroll.
6. In case of a Work Schedule change, the approval may be subject to inspection and the Work Schedule previously approved by the Labor Inspector must be included.
7. In case of a damaged or deteriorated Work Schedule, the new application must include the damaged or deteriorated Work Schedule.

THESE REQUIREMENTS MUST BE FILES IN THE ORDER SPECIFIED ABOVE IN A BROWN FOLDER, ONCE THE DRAFT IS APPROVED, THE FINAL WORK SCHEDULE MUST BE PRINTED IN A TABLOID SIZE WHITE CARDBOARD, THE NUMBERS MUST NOT BE LESS THAN THREE CENTIMETERS TALL, AS WELL AS THE LETTERS.
