Extraordinary Petition declared denied on execution phase

On July 31st, 2013, the Social Chamber of the Supreme Court, in a presentation by Judge Luis Franceschi Gutierrez, on the case MANUEL ROMERO vs. ALIMENTOS ELEPM COMPAÑÍA ANÓNIMA y PASTELERÍA Y HELADERÍA LAPOMA, C.A., declared inadmissible and denied the extraordinary petition requested by the claimants, since article 186 of the Procedural Labor Law establishes that in the execution phase appeals are only admitted in one effect and against that decision the Extraordinary Petition is not admissible.
