Lawyer with an academic background from La Universidad del Zulia (LUZ, 2005 graduation). Candidate in the Master’s Program in Labor Law at Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín (URBE). Certified in the Specialized Training Program for Senior and Trial Labor Judges, issued by the National School of Magistracy (ENM) of the Supreme Tribunal of Justice (TSJ) in 2014.

He possesses extensive experience in labor law, having served as a judicial officer in the Labor Judicial Circuit of the Judicial District of the State of Zulia, headquartered in Maracaibo (2005–2015). Additionally, he has represented companies in judicial proceedings (litigation) across labor, commercial, and civil law matters, providing corporate counsel aimed at minimizing legal risks in labor and commercial areas.

He joined the Labor Law Department at Borges & Lawton as a senior team member in 2024.
