Licensed attorney, graduated from Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín (2012), and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Universidad del Zulia (2014). She holds an MBA from the Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Administración (IESA), has completed advanced studies in Corporate Law, and earned a Diploma in Oil & Gas Law from Universidad Metropolitana. She also completed specialized training in Regulatory Compliance at the University of Pennsylvania.

She has solid experience advising national and multinational companies operating in highly regulated industries, with particular emphasis on the oil and gas, energy, maritime, chemical, industrial services, and telecommunications sectors. Her practice includes the design and implementation of compliance programs, the structuring and negotiation of complex commercial agreements, and the handling of high-complexity judicial proceedings before Venezuelan courts. She also has extensive experience in corporate labor immigration, obtaining licenses from OFAC, responding to regulatory inspections, managing authorizations before regulatory authorities, and structuring the legal aspects of operations related to the oil and gas industry.

She has been an Associate in the Corporate Department of Borges & Lawton since 2018, where she provides comprehensive strategic legal advice for complex operations in Venezuela. She complements her professional practice with academic experience as a lecturer in postgraduate programs, as well as legal research and institutional analysis activities.
