Lawyer graduated from Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín (2012) and Bachelor in Political Science graduated from Universidad del Zulia (2014), with 6 years of experience in legal advice for companies and 4 years of experience in human mobility and exports. Advanced studies in Corporate Law (UNIMET) and Hydrocarbons Law (UNIMET); she is a student of the Master’s Program in Political Science and Public Law (LUZ) and of the Regularory Compliance Specialization (University of Pennsylvania). She has taught Constitutional Law at the Universidad del Zulia and has been a speaker at several scientific research conferences. She is currently a researcher and advisor of the bulletin of the Academy of History of the State of Zulia.
