Lawyer graduated from Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín, School of Legal and Political Sciences (URBE, 2008). Diploma in Maritime Law Management III, Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín (2008) and Diploma in Customs Management and Foreign Trade (2017). Master in Marketing Management (URBE, 2012). Trained in legal matters for legal consulting in the corporate area and business law, with extensive experience in advising national and international legal entities directly in corporate areas. Experience in areas of law such as Corporate, Civil, Commercial, Administrative, Intellectual Property, Environmental, Maritime and Customs; as well as, contracting and bidding studies; business risk analysis and corporate audits.
Currently selected as Arbitrator by the Business Center of Conciliation and Arbitration in the city of Maracaibo, Zulia State. Assistance to companies in business transformation processes and the limits of the same in relation to current laws, exchange controls, international legislation and investment requirements. At the same time, he serves as a teacher facilitator in matters concerning the Maritime, Foreign Trade and Customs areas.
