Lawyer with 18 years of experience as advisor to multinational companies in the area of Labor Relations and Collective Bargaining. Graduated from Universidad Rafael Urdaneta Cum Laude (2001) obtaining the awards for academic excellence, content and quality of the special thesis. She completed postgraduate studies at Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín, obtaining the degree of M. Sc. in Labor Law.

She participated as lecturer and instructor in forums and courses on Safety and Health in entities such as Venamcham, Zulia State Chamber of Commerce, Oil Chamber Zulia Chapter, Central Bank of Venezuela, Association of Merchants and Industrialists of Lagunillas Municipality, Rafael Belloso Chacín University, etc. She served as founding President of the Foundation for Occupational Safety (FUNDAPROSEO), facilitator of the Diploma in Safety, Hygiene and Environment of the SHA Legislation at the University Rafael Belloso Chacín (URBE); writer of the refereed magazine of the Center for Legal and Political Research URBE Lexlaboro, precursor of the LOPCYMAT SHA Integral Audits processes, as well as pioneer in the implementation of preventive advisory services in the area of Industrial Safety.

During her professional career in Venezuela, she acted as proxy and advisor to multinationals in the oil industry and mass consumption, which enhanced her strategic thinking, her communication and commercial skills that were key to the expansion of her career, facing the relationships with stakeholders, government institutions and the private sector.

Her interest in strategic thinking led her to pursue an MBA (Master of Business Administration) in Spain, where she is currently developing her professional career as Business Development, specializing in attracting new business models, investments and access to markets that offer high profitability, enhanced by her comprehensive legal advisory services, mortgage brokerage and management.
