Lawyer graduated from “Dr. Rafael Belloso Chacín” University (URBE, 2007); Certified as Safety, Hygiene and Environmental Supervisor by the Society of Safety, Hygiene and Environmental Engineers and Technicians (SOITSHA, 2010), and; Occupational Health Expert graduated from the University of Alcala de Henares in Spain (UAH, 2013).

He has extensive experience in providing legal advice to companies belonging to the oil, construction, mass consumption and pharmaceutical sectors; he has a proven understanding of the legal and operational regulations that impact these industries, which has allowed him to provide practical and effective answers to his clients.

He also has a proven track record as a negotiator and litigator in labor and occupational matters, representing his clients in highly complex cases that have become regular citations in various decisions issued by the Supreme Court of Justice.

As a negotiator, he has participated with positive results in several highly complex collective bargaining negotiations, as well as in conciliatory and conflictive pleadings, where he has excelled in the representation of his clients.

As a corporate labor advisor, he has been a drafter of corporate policies aimed at retaining talent and has also developed as a specialist in salary compensation for senior executives; management of massive hiring processes and subsequent dismissal with little to no negative effect.

He has participated and dictated several workshops in activities sponsored by the Oil Chamber Zulia and Anzoátegui Chapters, as well as in the Venezuelan-American Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Venamcham), he is currently part of the Legal Affairs Committee of the Oil Chamber Anzoátegui Chapter.

He is currently a Partner of the firm, acting as leader of the Occupational Department and in charge of the Eastern Division of the country.
