Participant in the Specialization in Management for Lawyers, IESA 2005. Specialization in Labor Law and Social Security, Universidad Rafael Urdaneta, (2006). Studied English at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign (2006). Specialist in Maritime Law, Universidad de Comillas in alliance with the Spanish Maritime Institute (2011). Participant in the creation and implementation, in 2006, of the first Shipowner’s Liability Limitation Fund, in the National Maritime Jurisdiction, before the Maritime Court of First Instance with National Jurisdiction and Seat in the city of Caracas. Corporate Partner of the Law Firm Borges & Lawton Despacho de Abogados, since 2002, currently serving as leader and main manager in the capital region of the country.
