- LEGISLATION: The National Assembly passes the Organic Law of the Plan of the Homeland of the 7 Great Transformations 2025 – 2031.
- DECREES: The Executive branch exonerates the payment of Income Tax on the enrichment obtained from investments in securities issued and guaranteed by the Central Bank of Venezuela.
- DECISIONS: Ruling No. 700, issued by the Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice on May 14, 2025, whereby it reviews and confirms the lifting of the corporate veil in a lawsuit for breach of contract by means of the non-application by diffuse control of articles 201 and 205 of the Commercial Code.
- DECISIONS: Ruling No. 0725, issued by the Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice on May 20, 2025, declaring the constitutionality of the organic nature of the Organic Law of the Plan of the Homeland of the 7 Great Transformations 2025-2031, approved by the National Assembly.
